Once we receive your notice of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery method).
The refund will be issued within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods within 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
The return deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
Unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
Audio, video recordings, or software once unsealed
Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except subscription contracts)
Returned items must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If the goods have been handled in a manner that diminishes their value, we reserve the right to apply a partial refund corresponding to the loss in value.
Please ensure that all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return transport.
You are responsible for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and proper functioning.
